Teddy

Some cats come into Sanctuary and from the very first day burrow deeply into the heart! Of all the cats we’ve had in our care Teddy (formerly Kai) is one of the ones we desperately wanted to find a home for. A street stray found on an Industrial Estate we searched for his owners and posted him nationwide in case he’d hopped into a Lorry. To no avail.

Life After Adoption

Teddy absolutely needed a home of his own and after many months in Sanctuary what a home he found too! From Street stray to Feline Master of the house, his new abode a Suffolk farmhouse at the end of a dead end lane where he can safely patrol the surrounding countryside while being lavished with attention by his new family and neighbours. We hear he spends a considerable amount of time hunting and doing what cats do before collapsing on to the nearest very comfortable sofa or chair for a well earned rest!

A wonderful outcome and the happiest life with the best couple we could have ever hoped to adopt him. Well loved and cared for.

Thoughtful adoptions change lives. Every successful rehoming allows us to continue supporting cats who need safety, care and time — especially those who cannot be separated from the companions they trust most.
