Arthur
Arthur was reported as a stray in Holt having been seen hanging around for several weeks and breaking into a cat loving home looking for food.
After enquiries an owner was found. Previously an Indoor Only cat he’d been missing for around 4 weeks literally a few hundred metres from home. Heartbreakingly the owner did not want Arthur back and so surrendered him into our care.
Life After Adoption
Being an older gentleman Arthur was a little worse for wear after his outdoor ordeal. Following veterinary care the wonderful Sandy stepped forward to Foster him until he could be re-homed.
Arthur is a truly fabulous cat and wasted no time getting his feet under the table and very sensibly befriended the two resident female cats! We were beyond delighted that Arthur became a Foster Fail and Sandy adopted him!! It’s safe to say Arthur is very happy in his new home. The best outcome we could have ever hoped for.

Thoughtful adoptions change lives. Every successful rehoming allows us to continue supporting cats who need safety, care and time — especially those who cannot be separated from the companions they trust most.
